Order processing

Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping times

Standard Shipping: Free. Estimated delivery within 10–14 business days after dispatch, or approximately 11–16 business days including processing.

Priority Shipping: US$14.99. Estimated delivery within 5–9 business days after dispatch, or approximately 6–11 business days including processing.

Worldwide shipping is available. Available shipping options and final charges are displayed at checkout.

Estimates and possible delays

All processing and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping time begins when the carrier receives your parcel, not when your order is placed or a shipping label is created.

Delays may occur because of high order volumes, holidays, weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances. Actual delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking and delivery concerns

Tracking details will be emailed when available. Updates may take time to appear or pause between carrier scans.

If your estimated delivery window has passed or your parcel appears missing, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where required.

Your rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or rights provided by your payment provider. The shipping terms presented when you placed your order apply to that order.
